NOCTUA
Does NOCTUA use AI on my data?
No. NOCTUA doesn't use AI on your data, and nothing is sent to a language model. The workspace is prepared for you to connect your own language model if you choose. If you do, it's under your own responsibility and your own rules for where data may be processed.
What will NOCTUA cost after the test period?
Pricing will be set before launch. Sign up as a test user now and you get a discount for the first six months after launch.
Can I get all my data out again?
Yes. You export reports to Word and PDF yourselves. If you need all the data from a case or an entire workspace, we hand it over on request.
Can I import existing cases and data?
Not automatically yet. Automatic import is on the way, and until it's ready we help you move your existing cases and data into NOCTUA.
Can NOCTUA run on our own servers?
Yes. We offer on-prem deployment, so NOCTUA runs in your own environment. We design the setup together with you, based on your requirements for operations and security.
Can NOCTUA pull data from social media or from our own tools?
Limited collection from social media is in development. NOCTUA isn't meant as a collection tool, but as the place where what you collect is brought together and assessed. If you use particular collection tools, we're happy to discuss whether they can be connected to NOCTUA.
Can several people work in the same case?
Yes. For larger organisations there are the roles owner, manager, analyst, reviewer and viewer, so access can match what each person needs to do. Every change is recorded in the activity log.
NOCTUA Sentinel
What does a Sentinel pilot cost?
A pilot covers the cost of the physical equipment. The price is agreed based on the size of the site and how many towers it takes to cover it.
Who owns the data from Sentinel?
You do. The customer owns all data, both raw data on site and the events in NOCTUA. After a pilot we delete the data, unless you want it handed over. We don't use your data for anything other than running the service.
What does Sentinel need on site?
Neither power nor network from you. Towers and gateway run on batteries that last 6–12 months, and the gateway sends to NOCTUA over its own 4G/5G connection.
How long does it take to set up Sentinel?
One day, both physically on site and in NOCTUA. The system then calibrates over about 14 days of data collection, so it learns what's normal on your particular site.

How do you rent or buy the IMSI detector and Glaux?
Contact us. The IMSI detector is rented, and we tailor the solution with you, from where and how long it's needed to the setup, which our technicians handle. Glaux is bought and can be delivered next day in Denmark.
